The 6th Annual General Meeting of Sri Lankan Quantity Surveyors in the UAE concluded on 3rd February 2024, at Novotel Hotel, Deira City Center. The legacy of SLQS-UAE, now 36 years old, continues to thrive and evolve.
This AGM reaffirmed this trajectory, with a diverse membership present, offering valuable insights.
The new Central Committee for the 2024-2025 tenure officially assumed their roles. In light of the competitive, digitized, and unpredictable era ahead, there were fruitful discussions and proposals aimed at enhancing SLQS-UAE’s objectives.
Gratitude is extended to senior professionals Mr. S P A Keerthirathna, Mr. Dhammika Gamage, Mr. Lalith Gallage, Mr. Yasas Dharmadasa, and Mr. Kamal Paranawithana for their invaluable contributions.
Thanks also to Mr. Supun Wedage, Mrs. Menaka Wickramasighe, Mr. Niroobam Wimalanathan, and Mr. Rayees Ahamed for their suggestions to enhance SLQS-UAE’s activities.
