We, Sri Lankan Professionals Association (SLPA) in the UAE, stand in solidarity with the people of our motherland during these unprecedented times.
SLPA, with the unwavering support of all nine Member Associations under its umbrella has donated AED 62,200 towards the Rebuild Sri Lanka program. This donation was officially handed over to the Consul General of Sri Lanka to Dubai & NE and transferred to the designated flood-relief account.
As SLPA, we also would like to appriciate various efforts and initiatives by each of our Member Association at their individual capacity in continuing to further support the program.
As Sri Lanka step forward towards post disaster recovery, we as SLPA, together with the Sri Lankan Embassy and the Consulate General’s Office, will continue to stand by our people throughout.
Together, we will rise.
